Updated 2013 Aston Martin DB9

Aston Martin has announced a slew of updates, including styling tweaks and a new powertrain, for the 2013 DB9 coupe and convertible.

Exterior and interior updates are very subtle but include a revised grille, bolder side strakes and a more pronounced rear trunk �flip� that further enhance the aerodynamic performance of the car. The interior features higher-quality materials and can be had in a two or four-seat configuration.

The 2013 DB9 gets Aston Martin�s new AM11 V12 engine, which employs some of the �Gen4' VH architecture hardware technology used in the Vanquish. The engine produces 510 horsepower (517 PS) and 457 lb-ft. (620 Nm) of torque, which compares favorably to the 470Hp (477 PS) and 442 lb-ft. of the old model.
